Ladies Self Defense PART 3

 

Ladies Self Defense class part 3 will be 11/05

Beginning at 2pm,some ladies will begin learning skills to help protect
themselves from an assault or unwanted aggression, somw will keep learning it.
 Early registration is available for this class; just give us a call or come a few minutes early and
you can get registered.

$20 for this 3 hour course.

​

Please wear workout clothes (no shorts).  Ladies, instead of getting another mani/pedi with
your daughter or girlfriend, why not shake things up a little and bond over
this self defense course.
