I’m Michael Coonts.

I teach kickboxing and have competed professionally in kickboxing with great success in it, now my goal is to  help you make your goals a reality.

 

This is an hour long class and is a combination of cardio, boxing, and martial arts to provide you improvement with strength, speed, flexibility, and coordination. You will learn a variety of techniques on how to kick and punch using our equipment as well as your gloves. These one hour class will help you kick your way into shape!

Needed equipment: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin guards (optional)
