Im Jackie Tolley and am one of the fitness instructors at Laselva MMA, our Fighter Fitness classes uses a variety of equipment and instruction to help you get into shape, or stay fit.

This class is an hour long and will include things such as jogging, jump ropes, bag work, weights lift, tire flips, exercise ball use, box jumping, and other common exercises throughout the class, this is NOT a regular fitness class. Any of our exercises can be altered to suit your physical needs, we also like to shake things up on a daily bases to always make it fun and different. Come on in and stop fighting to get yourself into shape!

14 years old and older, come try it free!!!

 

Needed equipment: Boxing gloves, comfy clothing, running shoes
